Coconut Pitaya Bowl

INGREDIENTS

·       2/3 cup frozen strawberries (about 100g)

·       2/3 cup frozen raspberries (You can substitute with any fruit of your choice)

·       ½ frozen banana

·       4 Tbsps of NewNew Foods Coconut Pitaya powder (about 30g)

·       1 Tbsp drinking water

 

TOPPINGS (optional)

  • fresh strawberries
  • 1 fresh kiwi
  • granola

INSTRUCTIONS

1.       In a blender, add the frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, frozen banana, Coconut Pitaya powder, and drinking water.

2.       Put the blender on puree and blend until smooth. The consistency should be thick and smooth. (You may need to stop and restart the blender to stir or add 1 additional Tbsp of drinking water.)

3.       Pour the mixture into a bowl.

4.       Add the toppings to the bowl. Add the strawberries (sliced), fresh kiwi (sliced) and granola. (You can add any of your favorite fruits or nuts as toppings.)

Iced Coconut Pitaya

  • 4 Tbsps of Coconut Pitaya (30g)
  • 2 oz hot water
  • 1 cup ice (110g)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a glass, add the Coconut Pitaya
  2. Add the hot water on top and mix until the powder is completely dissolved
  3. Add ice and mix thoroughly until the ice has halfway melted into the drink
