Cookies are always delicious, but what about shortbread cookies infused with coconut mocha? Our customer Annie came up with this incredible recipe that's guaranteed to be a hit with friends and family. Bonus: It's super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ pound of butter

  • 1 ½ cup of CAcafe Mocha powder

  • 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

  • 1 ¾ cup flour

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Cream the butter, then gradually add the CAcafe Mocha powder and sugar
3. Mix the flour and salt together and add to the first mixture, combining thoroughly
4. Chill for 20 minutes
5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin until it is ¼ inch thick, then cut into rectangles or any other desired shape
6. Put shaped dough on an ungreased cookie sheet, and bake for 20-25 min, or until lightly browned around the edges, but still soft in the middle
7. Let cool slightly before serving
